Mental Health and Well-Being

 This week (1st-7th February 2021) marks 'Children's Mental Health Week.' 

 

This is an initiative driven by a leading charity, Place2Be. This is an awareness raising week that has been in place since 2015. Some of you may have seen the Duchess of Cambridge kick-start the week with a video message highlighting the importance of the charity’s message. 

 

The theme of this week is ‘Express Yourself.’ It is linked to the importance of: sharing feelings, thoughts and ideas through creativity: art, music, writing and poetry and dance and drama, photography and film. There is more information about this theme on their website:
