School starts at 8.35am for Reception, Year 1 and Year 2
8.45am for Nursery
and ends at 3.00pm for Nursery
3.05pm for Reception
3.10pm for Year 1
3.15 pm for Year 2
It is important to be punctual. It is important that children are there from the beginning so that they do not miss any learning or instructions. Punctuality is a most important habit for children to learn.
All children come in through the entrance doors off the front playground.
Reception children come in through the playground entrance door on the far right of the building. Years 1 and 2 come in through the left hand door and Nursery children use the separate entrance to the left of the school.
Hometime:
Please ensure that children are collected on time. In emergencies when parents are unavoidably late, please telephone us if you can so that we can reassure your child. We take every care to ensure the safety of the children. If, for any reason, another adult is collecting your child please let us know.
Parents are asked to stay well back from the entrance area for the children’s safety. The staff will hand over the children to parents/carers. Infant children are not allowed to go home on their own or with a sibling under the age of 16.
